Welcome to Terry's Lighted Christmas. Maker of custom wire frame. All of my frames are made from 1/4 round steel rod and powder coated white unless a specific color is requested.

Policies:
Shipping is additional and is not included at checkout. An invoice for shipping will be sent prior to shipping.
Lights are not included on frames.
Returns:
If a frame is received damaged you must contact us within 5 days of receiving the frame. You will need to contact us for authorization to return the frame. No returns will be accepted without authorization.
All returns that are not damaged or defective will have a 15% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of returns. Customer is responsible to package the frame so that it will not be damaged in shipping. Once the frame has been received a refund will be issued to the buyers Pay Pal account. If you decide to cancel the order prior to shipping a refund will be issued with no restocking fee.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All shipping is done by Fed-Ex or UPS. A tracking number will be provided once he package is shipped. Packaging, handling and shipping cost are all in cluded in the final shipping fee.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is available but shipping cost vary from point to point. All international shipping is done by USPS. Delivery times are longer for International shipping. Custom fees may apply.
There are State side options for Canadian customers.
